The company’s slogan “once you go black you ‘ll never go back” (coming from the sixties) is absolutely to the point as the black garlic is far more tastier and ‘provocative’ to our gustatory palate than the original white one.
Among their range of amazing products, I really LOVE the Black Garlic Caviar! Its honey and coffee notes along with its smooth texture give a sweet explosion into the mouth. Plus, it’s so versatile that someone doesn’t need to have a thorough knowledge on tapas or sandwiches to use it; put it on a slice of bread, on crackers or straight on grilled meat as a topping (…my favourite one) and for sure you are going to impress your guests with your cooking and food styling skills!
